Sicliliano was a 6x9 format camera handmade by Thomas Roma. To quote again from wiki "In the 1970s, Roma started manufacturing and selling cameras under the name "Siciliano Camera Works". He produced the medium format "Siciliano". This video shows the related "Psyclops" camera. The format being 6X? :).
